The staff was excellent. The breakfast was decent. The room was very good value for money. The location was awesome, walking distance to the airport, train and trams and busses. A very good restaurant is located in the same building, at the Crowne Plaza, which is managed by the same company/group that manages the Holiday Inn, so you can still charge meals to your room

Comfortable room that was much bigger than I expected. Good wifi, TV, shower, etc. and nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Excellent breakfast with eggs, sausages, cooked meats, cheese etc. as well as croissants, pastries and fruit - exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is ideal for the airport and the tram into Nice. The complete package equals excellent value for money.

Great hotel that is just next to the airport. I was leaving early and got some breakfast even before they were open. The room was very comfortable and totally (like totally) quiet. The area is very busy with a huge amount traffic and at the end of the Promenade des Anglais. A major tram line stops just in front of the hotel, and is direct into the city centre, as well as being the connection for major tourist sites out of the city.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to the Crowne Plaza IHG Hotel next door. Location of property was fantastic right opposite Nice St Augustin rail station easily connected to major cities like Monaco, Menton, Cannes, Eze, Antibes etc and only a 7min walk from the airport. The hotel is also in great location to the metro/tram line opposite the rail station and a bus stop around the corner also. Breakfast at the Crowne Plaza was great with a fantastic daily chef for egg preparation and quick service reset and was not too crowded. Very friendly staff from check-in to breakfast to check-out and maintenance - everyone was smiley and warm and welcoming.

Walking distance from Nice airport terminal 1, I arrived at night at 11 pm on Christmas eve, but the pathway to the hotel was safe, very comfortable large bed, large tv screen, coffee making kettle in room, very clean room, very clean bathroom, friendly reception. Breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, raw ham and cold cuts and cheeses and nice breaks and bakery items, various types of coffees, hot chocolate and fruit juices and fresh fruits. Free wifi also good.

This is a very convenient location if you are traveling through and need to be close to the airport. There's Tram 4 and 5 that runs between the airport terminals and the hotel (free), which was super convenient. On arrival to the airport, I didn't know about the tram so I initially tried to take a taxi or uber, but the hotel is so close it wasn't worth the cost so I just walked to the hotel from Terminal 1. Terminal 2 is farther away so on my departure, I took the tram to T2. The hotel is clean and well equiped. The bathroom shower was big and had great water pressure. The included breakfast was simple but exactly what I wanted... coffee and delicious mini croissants. I only spent 1 night during a transit, so this was fine. The week prior I was in Nice as a tourist and we stayed in Old Nice, which I think was perfect for that purpose.

Friendly staff. Spacious clean room with great view. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom with toiletries and options are open to get toothpaste, toothbrush, razor and sanitary pads in case needed at the 24 hours reception desk. Great options at the breakfast buffet with comfortable seating. Train station right across the street. Tram station one block away. 5 minutes walk from or to the airport. Check out at 12 which is uncommon since most hotels requires check out earlier (10H00/11H00).

Even the hotel has been completely up to my expectations in any aspect (location, cleanliness, etc.), the helpfulness, friendliness and problem-solving attitude of the receptionist Mrs. Lucia deserves a special recognition. Outstanding friendly while solving every problem - and even several at the time - is an excellent work attitude which I have experienced very seldom. Not forgetting her very helpful recommendations regarding public transport, attractions and restaurant possibilities in the city. She made the difference between a good and an excellent stay.
